In promotions where prizes are distributed directly, the admin of the promotion can decide to limit the number of prizes distributed to each user to 1.

To help the admin in managing the participations and prizes distributed, a new feature was added which allows to close the stage automatically once all prizes linked to it have run out. 

The feature is available in promotions with one or more stages created (Spin the Wheel, Memory, Prize calendar, Multi-game...) and is especially useful in promotions where the idea is to offer a prize to all users participating, until there are no more units of prizes available.

Admins can now automatically close the participation in the stage once all prizes were distributed so that any new user will see a warning message that they cannot participate anymore:

In promotions with multiple stages of participation, users will see that all prizes ran out in a specific stage and that they can therefore not participate:

The feature is designed for prizes of the following types:

• Prizes upon participation
• Instant Win prizes
• Prizes based on Probability

In promotions with multiple stages of participation, for the stage to automatically close when there are no more prizes available, the prize will need to be linked to that specific stage:

Important: the feature will NOT work in promotions with multiple stages if the prize is given regardless of the stage of participation, or if the prize units are unlimited: 

Once the prizes to be distributed were created, the option can be enabled in the Participation section of the editor of the promotion > Options:

In addition, a notification from the platform will be automatically sent to the email address of the admin, to inform that there are no more prizes available in the stage and that, therefore, users cannot access the stage anymore:

Once all prizes have run out and the stage is closed, if you want to keep distributing prizes, enter the editor of the promotion > Prizes, to add more units of prizes or create new prizes to be distributed to users.

Once the units of prizes are added, it will be necessary to re-open the stage from the "Participation" section > Options:
