A new feature was added to the platform for the Multimedia Contest, which allows the organiser of the contest to edit the content of the entry uploaded by the user in the contest.

In this way, as the contest administrator you have a new tool available to manage the contest, that will allow you to modify the content uploaded by a user in case you need to make any changes in the user participation.

Specifically, this new functionality will allow you to perform the following actions:

• Edit the content uploaded by the user (change texts, photo, files, videos, etc...).
• Remove content uploaded by the user.
• Add new content to the user entry (pdfs, pictures, videos, etc...).

In order to edit the content of the user’s participation, access the "Users" section of the contest and from there access the "Multimedia" tool, as shown in the following video:

Additionally, in all promotions the administrator will have the possibility to change the name of a participating user. The name includes: First Name + Last Name + Alias (if any). To do this, access the "Users" section and from there follow the steps shown in the following video:
