Yes, with Easypromos you can run multiple giveaways on the same Facebook post.

This option is especially useful when you want to run different giveaways among users who have interacted with the same post, for example, to organize giveaways periodically during a campaign.

When can it be useful to run multiple giveaways on the same post?

Here are some examples:

1. Run a daily or weekly giveaway on the same post

You can publish a single post on Facebook and run different giveaways throughout the campaign.

For example, you can run a giveaway each week among all users who have participated in the post.

Once the first giveaway is complete, you can create the next one from the previous giveaway and decide whether you want previous winners to be eligible to win again or whether you prefer to exclude them from subsequent giveaways.

2. Run different giveaways based on the type of participation

You can run different giveaways on the same post by applying filters to the participants.

For example, you can run one giveaway among users who used a specific hashtag in their comment and another giveaway among participants who used a different hashtag.

3. Run giveaways based on users’ reactions

If your promotion mechanics include Facebook reactions, you can run different giveaways among users based on the reaction they used.

4. Prevent the same user from winning more than once

If you run multiple giveaways on the same post, you can automatically exclude the winners of a previous giveaway to prevent them from winning again.

The “Create giveaway” feature allows you to create a new giveaway from one that has already been completed and select which participants you want to keep for the next giveaway.

How to run different giveaways on the same post

The “Facebook Giveaway” application allows you to use the same Facebook post to run multiple giveaways.
In this case, all the giveaways run on the same post will appear listed on the public winners page, where a dropdown menu will allow users to view the results of each individual giveaway that has been run.

For a clearer presentation of the different giveaways run, you can edit the name of each giveaway that appears in this list.

To run different giveaways on the same Facebook post, follow these steps:

1. Import the Facebook post 

Click the “Create new promotion” button to start configuring the giveaway.

2. Edit the giveaway title

Once you have imported the giveaway post, click the pencil icon to edit the title of this first giveaway:

3. Apply exclusions

This is the time to apply exclusions if needed (for example, excluding the winner of the first giveaway). If you intend to run a giveaway for a specific group of participants (for example, based on the “love” reaction), this is also the time to select the finalists who will enter the giveaway.

4. Complete the giveaway

5. Click “Create giveaway” to run the second giveaway.

When you need to run the second giveaway, you can access the giveaway management page, where you will find the option to create a new giveaway from the one you have just run. To do this, click the “Create giveaway” button.

This option allows you to create a new giveaway by reusing the participants from the previous giveaway, so you will not need to manually import the Facebook post again.

When creating the new giveaway, you can select one of the following options:

• All participants: all participants from the previous giveaway will be included.
• All participants except winners: users who won the previous giveaway will be excluded from the new giveaway.
• All participants except winners and alternates: both the winners and alternates from the previous giveaway will be excluded from the new giveaway.

This way, you can easily decide whether users who were previously awarded prizes can participate again in subsequent giveaways.

6. Configure the new giveaway

Once created, you will access the configuration page for the new giveaway.

From here, you can review the participants, modify the exclusions, apply the filters you need, and configure the number of winners and alternates.

You can also modify the giveaway title to easily identify each of the selections made from the same post.

For example:

• Week 1 giveaway
• Week 2 giveaway
• Week 3 giveaway
• Final giveaway.

On the validity certificate page for each giveaway you run, you will see a dropdown menu listing all the giveaways that have been run on this post. This way, visitors can view the winners and alternates for each giveaway on the same post.

As you generate giveaways on the same post, they will be added to this dropdown list.
