In order to activate a Plan to create unlimited promotions you can click on "Choose a plan":
What are the accepted payment methods?
The accepted payment methods are the following:
- Payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express).
- Payment via bank transfer is only accepted in the following cases:
- Purchase of an annual plan.
- Purchase of a White Label promotion.
Note: In case of requesting the payment via bank transfer for any other type of product, a surcharge of 15$/€ will be applied for administrative management expenses.
Where can I find my invoices?
The invoices of the payments made through credit card are generated automatically and can be downloaded and printed from the Easypromos Dashboard.
You will find them on "View invoices":
How is a plan renewed?
The subscription will be renewed automatically every 30/365 days unless the customer cancels the automatic renewal.
Plans are automatically renewed 30 days after their initial subscription, at 00:00 (Central European Time CEST).
Upon each renewal or cancellation, the system sends an email 5 days prior, providing information on the subscription status and steps to follow in case you wish to cancel the renewal.
How can I cancel the automatic renewal?
A monthly/annual plan can be cancelled at any time from the administration panel. The cancellation means:
- That from the month/year following the payment already collected, the automatic plan charge will no longer be made.
- That any contests which would have been active and not yet finalized at the time of cancellation will be deactivated, meaning that the contest will cease to be publicly visible and no new users will be able to take part after the cancellation date. However, the client will be able to continue to access the contest in order to extract information about the participants.
You can cancel the automatic renewal from "Manage plan":
I've canceled the automatic renewal and I want to reactivate my plan
In the top bar, you should go to Manage Plan:
You should search your current plan and click on it:
From here you'll be able to remove the scheduled cancellation, this way the renewal of the plan will be active again.
How can I modify the card details linked to the plan?
You can view the payment method linked to the plan and modify it from the "Manage Plan" section.
What happens if the payment for the plan cannot be processed?
The system will attempt to charge the payment for 3 days through the linked payment method. For each attempt, it will send an email to the account administrator, notifying them of the situation and informing them that if the plan cannot be renewed after the third attempt, it will be canceled.
How can I edit the billing information?
Access "Account configuration" and select the option "Company information" to see your user information:
It is also possible to do it at these two moments:
- When activating a plan.
- When launching a promotion.
How can I apply a discount coupon?
In order to apply a discount coupon you should access the "Choose a plan" section:
During the plan purchase process, you'll be able to enter the coupon under "Apply coupon":
How can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade to a higher plan and also convert a monthly plan to an annual one from here:
