As administrator of an Easypromos account, you will find a new tool available to you: the Download Center, a space where all the files that the administrator downloads in the different promotions of the account are presented.

Note: currently, the download center only includes media files that the administrator can download from the Voting Contest application, but we plan to expand the Download Center to other downloadable files in the coming weeks.

To access the Download Center, access the Settings > Utilities menu:

Accessing the tool, the administrator will be able to see a list of all the downloadable files generated. For each file generated, the date on which it was requested, the name of the agent who requested it, which promotion it is linked to, as well as the date on which it was downloaded are indicated, along with the "Download" button:
