The promotion administrator can hide the media file description box in a promotion created with the "Voting Contest" application.

Previously, this box was always visible, whether it was mandatory or not for the user to add a description when uploading multimedia content.

Now the administrator can hide it if a file description isn't necessary.

This option can be found by accessing the User Generated Content stage > User Generated Content > Multimedia Content > Settings:
