When paying for an online transaction with a credit card, the statement may show a double charge or withholding for the amount of the service purchase.

For operations carried out with a debit card, it will be automatically unlocked in an estimated period of 6 to 8 days.

For operations carried out with a credit card, it will be unlocked automatically in a period of up to 30 days depending on the bank.

Easypromos will only charge for the service once.

Bank pre-authorization is a common procedure for bank entities to ensure the viability of the collection of the amount. At the time of making the purchase, the amount is retained until Easypromos makes the charge.

On some occasions, the unlocking of the previously mentioned withholding or double charge may overlap with the actual charge. This incident is not related to Easypromos and is due to the existing operations in Spain between banks and card issuers.

In these cases, we recommend that you contact the entity that has issued your card so that they can expedite the unblocking of the pre-authorization.
