In order to make it easier for administrators to manage their active promotions, we have added new information boxes to the main promotion dashboard, as well as a dedicated section for Winners.

The updates specifically include:

1. Information box showing the 3 most recent winners

2. New section in the promotion menu: winners

3. Information box showing the 3 most recently registered users

Below is a detailed explanation of each of these updates:

1. Information box showing the 3 most recent winners

A new box has been added to the main management page displaying the 3 most recent users who received a prize in the promotion.

This feature allows for quick access to the most up-to-date information, including:

• Basic details of the winning users.
• Information about the prize awarded.
• A direct link to the full section of winners and prizes.

2. New section in the promotion menu: winners

We have also implemented a new section in the promotion menu with direct access to a dedicated Winners screen:

From this new screen, you can:

• View the list of recent winners.
• Search for winners by name.
• Filter by prize type.
• Export the complete list of promotion winners.

3. Information box showing the 3 most recently registered users

An additional box has been added to the main promotion dashboard, displaying basic details of the 3 most recently registered users, along with their registration date.

This section also includes a direct link to the Users manager, where the administrator can review and/or download detailed information of the users and their participation(s).

Note: Please note that these new information boxes on the main dashboard are only available for active promotions. They will not appear in promotions that are in draft mode or have already ended and expired.
