To add more excitement to the spinning experience in the Spin the Wheel application, a new feature is now available to administrators: the “Try Again” segment.

When a player lands on a “Try Again” segment, they are given another chance to spin the wheel, adding an extra layer of excitement to the experience.

The “Try Again” segments only apply to the first spin. If a player lands on a “Try Again” segment during their initial participation, they will immediately be given another chance to spin the wheel, without going through the Final page of the promotion.

In subsequent participations, users will no longer land on “Try Again” segments. Instead, they will either receive a prize or land on a “No Prize” segment, depending on the wheel configuration and the configured prizes and odds (Or Instant Wins scheduled).

In the following video, you can see an example of the user experience when a participant lands on a “Try again” segment during their first participation.

Important: This feature does not affect the number of spins or the odds of winning a prize. The probability of landing on a Try again segment of the wheel is automatically calculated by the system based on the number of segments on the wheel. 

For example, if the wheel has 10 segments and 2 are "Try again", the probability of landing on this space on the first spin is 20%.
