Tutorial: How to configure and use custom fonts in your promotions Follow
In all promotions created with Easypromos, the administrator can select one of the fonts available on the platform or use a Google Fonts font to customize the text on the promotion pages. In each promotion, it is possible to configure two different fonts: a primary font and a secondary font.
This makes it possible to visually distinguish between different types of text, for example, by using one font for headings and another for body text.
Additionally, promotions using the White Label version of the platform allow users to upload their own brand fonts by importing a file. These fonts can be configured at the account level so that they are available for all campaigns managed from the same account, making it easier to maintain a consistent visual identity across all promotions.
How to configure custom fonts
To upload and manage your own brand fonts, go to the following section of the dashboard: Account Settings > Utilities > Custom Fonts:
For each font, you can upload the different font styles: light, regular, and bold. The accepted file formats are: WOFF, TTF, and OTF.
The eye icon allows you to preview how the font looks.
You can access the file for editing at any time to modify the uploaded font.
Important: In Corporate accounts, only agents with an administrator role can upload and save custom fonts. Agents with other roles can apply their own brand fonts to promotions but cannot upload new ones.
How to apply a custom font to a specific promotion
Once the font has been saved to the account, to apply your brand's custom font to a promotion, access its Editor > Design > Appearance > Fonts. There, in the origin fields for both the primary and secondary fonts, select the desired custom font:
The custom font feature is available in promotions using the White Label version. If you created the promotion using a different version, you can switch to White Label from the promotion editor where you want to apply the custom font:
Note: The custom font will be retained and applied when duplicating a promotion and creating a new campaign.
