The Winners Search tool allows you to access the information of all of your past OnAir campaigns, to visualise users who received a prize in any of the contests managed by the different organizing brands of your account.

Note: The Winners Search tool is an extra feature, and is not included in monthly/annual plan subscriptions. The tool needs to be activated by our team in your Corporate account. Please, contact our sales team if you would like to receive more information and to begin using the tool.

The tool is available to managers of one or more brands of the Corporate account, to allow them to easily find the information that they are looking for among all OnAir campaigns managed by the brand/brands.

It is a tool designed for administrators and its access is limited to preserve data security. The tool gives access to the complete database of all past winners of all of your campaigns created and managed via Easypromos.

Once enabled in your Corporate account, and if you have the role of administrator of at least one of the Organizing brands the company manages, you will find the tool under the "Utilities" section of your dashboard, as shown below:

Once located in the Winners Search tool, admins will be able to search for past winners using the following criteria:

• By winners details

To see the prize(s) received by a given user across different campaigns and received by the different organizing brands managed, the admin can search typing the users name, phone number or email address. All the information available regarding prizes received by the user will be shown, regardless of when the rewards were distributed:

• By prize received

By default, when looking for past winners, the system will show you all prizes received. Restrict the search by using the filter by prize, to look for users who were rewarded a specific prize.

Example: The admin can search by the prize received, across all brands and campaigns or adding several filters to look for the winners who received the searched prize from a specific brand:

• By brand

By default, when looking for past winners, the system will search across all of your organizing brands. Restrict the search by using the filter by brand, to look for users who were rewarded in OnAir campaigns managed by a specific brand.

Example: You need a quick overview of prizes and winners distributed across different campaigns of a specific Radio Station you manage. Apply the filter by Organizing brand to see all past winners of the station.

• By campaign

By default, when looking for past winners, the system will search across all campaigns. Restrict the search by using the filter by campaign to look for users who received a prize in a specific promotion.

Example: You need to locate a past winner from a specific OnAir campaign, but do not have their name or details. You can look for all the winners of a given organizing brand, and then add a filter by campaign, as shown below:

Important note: The Winners Search Tool does not allow to export users details or see the status of the prizes. If you need to see more details about the prizes, please enter the Prize manager of the campaign. See here more information about the prize manager tool.

The use of the tool is recommended when you have many winners, manage several organizing brands across the Corporate account, and need to find quickly the information, even if the prize was distributed or winner rewarded a long time ago. It will allow you to get a quick overview of prizes distributed across all live contests.
