The “Promotion Groups” tool has been definitively removed from the Easypromos platform. The changes that have been uploaded regarding the elimination of the Promotion Groups are the following:

• It is not possible to create new groups of promotions. 
• Access to the Promotion Group menu has been removed. It can no longer be managed.
• Active groups of promotion will still be working until December 31, 2022. 
• The tool to manage active groups of promotion is removed. In case you have an active group of promotions, it will be necessary to contact the Easypromos support team.
• Access to past promotion groups is removed.

Groups of promotions have been replaced by promotions of the Multi-stage type, which allow several promotional mechanics to be grouped and presented in a single campaign and landing page, with the following characteristics:

• Single registration among all group participants.
• Unique ranking among all promotional mechanics.
• Centralized and unique campaign design.
• Greater customization flexibility in the presentation screen of campaigns or mechanics.
• Centralized management of Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy.
• Centralized management of the users of the different stages and mechanics.
• Multi-language support.
• Integration in mobile applications and loyalty and membership sites through the Autologin API.
• Support for native integrations, APIs and webhooks.

Important: Multi-stage promotions are only available in the White Label version, and can be launched with a White Label monthly/annual subscription.

The removal is aligned with our objectives and constant goal to offer a platform that takes advantage of the potential of all the new technologies available, and thus offer better performance, more functionalities, and above all, more reliability.
