What does the CLASSIC tag mean in a promotion? Follow
The CLASSIC tag means that it is a promotion that uses Easypromos platform 1.0. The 1.0 platform is the promotion engine of Easypromos created in 2010.
In January 2020, Easypromos platform 2.0 was developed and launched to modernize platform 1.0, and thus adapt it to the new technologies and current challenges that digital marketing is facing.
Platform 2.0 includes an updated and renewed internal promotion management engine: new data structure, new software technology and a new systems architecture. The results are promotions offering an improved performance, more flexibility, soundness, speed and reliability than CLASSIC promotions.
CLASSIC promotions remain operative and continue to be supported and maintained by the Easypromos technical team. This means that if an incident or error is detected, the same priority is given to it than for the 2.0 platform. However, no new features or improvements will be created and developed for CLASSIC promotions.
We will always indicate in our communications regarding news and updates whether or not the changes apply to CLASSIC promotions so that you can easily know if your promotion(s) will be impacted.
