The export is limited to 10,000 participations per file in order to optimize the export process in promotions that manage big amounts of users data. Therefore, if you have more than 10,000 participations, you can use the date selector to generate different files. Each file will include the last 10,000 participations starting from the date you selected.

Below we explain the steps that you should follow in order to generate the different files:

1. Click on Export > Participations and after selecting a stage click on "Send CSV file" button. This will send you the first file with 10,000 records of the promotion:

2. Open the CSV file that you have received and locate the last record of the file, and check the date of this last record, and this will then be the date that you'll need to configure in the date selector in order to generate the next file:

3. Insert this date in the date selector and this will generate the file with the following 10,000 records of the list:
