A new functionality has been added, which allows the administrator of the promotion to configure the number of direct prizes that the same user can win in one stage.

Until now, the admin could restrict the maximum number of prizes assigned to a user to 1.

With this new functionality, it is possible to customize the number of prizes that a unique user can win in a stage. The maximum of prizes can be 1 or over.

This limitation applies to Direct Prizes only: "Upon participating", "Instant Win" prizes, as well as prizes based on "Probability".

Note: This restriction is linked to a specific stage and therefore does not apply to the total number of prizes that a user can win in a Multi-stage promotion.

To configure it, enter the Editor of your promotion > Participation > Options > Others:

Once you marked the checkbox to enable the Restriction of prizes per user, you will be able to indicate the max. number of prizes that each user may receive in the promotion stage.
