Tutorial: How to enable the Claim your prize system in your giveaway Follow
The 'Claim your prize' system offers a direct way to communicate with the winners of your giveaways with the aim to provide administrators with an easier way to manage the communication with the winners that have confirmed their prize. By enabling this system, winners have a direct and ordered way to confirm that they accept the prize, and leave their personal details so that the giveaway organizer can then contact them and process the delivery of the prize.
Note: the system is currently available for the following apps: Facebook Giveaway, Twitter Giveaway, Instagram Giveaway and Multi-Network Giveaway. It is also available for the Pick-a-winner app if the list includes the email of participants.

1. Claim your prize for Instagram winners
The "Claim your prize" module for Instagram winners is based on an Instagram Bot designed to automate winner verification, data collection, and consent gathering:
- The winning user must send a private message with a keyword to your brand's account.
- The system will evaluate the keyword and automatically respond with a link to a form where the winner can securely provide their personal information.
This automated system works for all users who have won and participated through Instagram, such as:
- Instagram giveaway.
- Multi-Network giveaway with Instagram posts.
- Instagram Stories giveaway.

2. Accessing the Claim Page: When a user accesses the page and clicks the "Claim" button, the system will display a window with instructions on how to claim their prize.
3. Claim Instructions: The instructions will direct the user to send a direct message (DM) on Instagram to the giveaway organizer's account, including a unique keyword, such as: WIN1288722.
4. Interaction with the Instagram Bot: When the user sends the message, the giveaway organizer's account will automatically respond within the same conversation with one of the following customizable messages:
- Valid winner: The user is congratulated and provided with a link to the claim form.
- Non-winner: The user is informed they did not win the giveaway.
- Winner who has already claimed: The user is informed they have already claimed their prize.
