As the promotion administrator, you will have real-time access to all the information Easypromos has about a user who has voted in a contest. All this information is exactly the same as that available to administrators of the Easypromos platform. Therefore, you will have the maximum tools and information to analyze the users and participation patterns of your contest. The voter information is available for all Easypromos promotions.

Below we indicate all the information you have to analyze your voting contests

• First and last names.
• E-mail.
• Date and time of the vote.
• IP address from which the vote was cast in the contest.
• Country from which the vote was cast.
• Internet browser from which the vote was cast.
• Type of device from which the vote was cast.

For your convenience, you can download all the information related to the users who have voted in the contest in an Excel or CSV file. Once you are in the list of participants, click on the "Votes" tab:

This will take you to the "Votes" tool, where you can see the following information:

1. Ranking of participants by number of votes obtained: a list of entries from the gallery will be presented, where for each photo/video we can see the total number of votes it has received.
2. View the individual votes each entry has received: if we click on "View" we can see the names of the users who voted for that entry.
3. Export the votes: for greater convenience, we also have the following two options:
   • Export all votes: this option allows downloading a list with all the votes and voter information.
   • Export results: this option allows downloading a list with the final voting results, where a ranking of participants/candidates is presented ordered by the score (votes) obtained.

     

The application includes the Easypromos security system and it is enabled by default. Its purpose is to block fraudulent voting attempts and provide tools for analyzing the legitimacy of the votes.

If fraudulent votes occur, you will be able to consult the fraudulent votes generated by each entry.
