2024-01-09 - New actions that can be applied to specific users of the promotion Follow
To help the administrators in managing the users participating in their promotions, new actions have been added that can be applied to a user individually from the "Users" section of the promotion. Specifically, the following actions have been added:
- Send email to a specific user
- Assign a manual prize
- Assign a segment
1. Send email to a specific user
If you have collected the user's email address in the promotion, next to the user's name, you will see an envelope icon. When clicked, an email of the "Manual" type is created with the user's email address as the recipient. You can then customize the content of the email, and confirm to contact that specific user.
Note: additionally, if you create emails of the "Manual" type or "Scheduled" type, a new "Email" filter has also been introduced that allows you to filter by the user's email, to send an email to individual users:
2. Assign a prize
For users with "accepted" status, the "Assign manual prize" action appears, allowing you to assign a prize individually. When you click, a pop-up will open where you can select the prize you want to assign to the user, or create a new prize:
3. Assign segment
This action allows you to easily assign a segment to an individual user. Clicking on the "Assign segment" action opens a pop-up where we can select the segment or create a new one:
Note: The user segments tool is restricted to accounts with an active White Label or Corporate subscription. In this way, the action to assign segment(s) to a specific user will only appear to client with an active subscription.
