From now on, to continue accessing the back-end of closed promotions, it will be necessary to have an active plan. In this way, to view or download the list of participants, access the statistics or enter the editor to make changes to the promotion settings, it is necessary to have an active subscription plan. If the administrator does not have an active plan, the only two actions that can be performed on a closed promotion are: (1) delete the promotion and its users or (2) create a copy of the promotion.

Promotions are automatically closed after 30 days.

In this way, if 30 days have passed from the publication end date, the promotion link will always show the expired promotion screen, which can be configured from the editor beforehand.

Once the promotion is closed, the available actions will depend on whether you have an active plan or not, as we show in the following table.

Note: The plan must be the same version as the promotion (Example: if it is a Premium promotion, you will need a Premium plan to be able to carry out actions in the promotion).

When a promotion reaches the configured publishing end date, the following message will be displayed on the promotion management page, to warn you that the promotion will close in 30 days:
