2024-02-01 - New delivery conditions to distribute prizes in multi-stage promotions Follow
To allow the promotion administrator to deliver direct prizes in a more efficient manner in promotions with multiple participation stages, we have added a new condition for direct prizes distributed in a promotion with multiple stages of participation. Until now, administrators could condition the assignment of a prize depending on the number of participations of the user in a specific participation stage.
From now on, if needed, it is also possible to condition the delivery of prizes when users reach a certain number of participations in the whole promotion, regardless of which participation stages the users entered.
The following Prize delivery conditions can therefore now be applied to prizes of the "Upon participating" prize type:
- Delivery condition based on participations in a specific stage.
- Delivery condition based on the total number of participation in the promotion.
Next you can see more information regarding both conditions, to assign the prizes depending on the campaign's goals:
1. Condition the delivery of the prize on the number of participations in a specific stage of the promotion: the user will receive the prize only if they have participated in the specific participation stage the number of times that you have configured.
Example: incentive participation in a digital contest, by distributing a prize for every 3 entries users make.
2. Make the delivery of the prize conditional on the number of total participations of the user in the promotion: the user receives the prize if they reach the number of total participations, regardless of which stage(s) of the promotion they have participated in.
Example: promotion with multiple games, available to users who upload a purchase receipt from the brand. Reward your clients by assigning a prize to every client who uploaded 3 purchase receipts, regardless of which games they decided to enter and play.
