2024-02-12 - New participation requirement: Additional Fields Follow
Promotions with the Login system enabled allow the administrator to configure participation requirements, that is, additional actions that users must perform to complete participation in the promotion.
Specifically, the following types of requirements can be established:
- Validate a code.
- Watch a video.
- Upload a receipt.
- Scan a QR code.
- Complete other participation stages.
A new requirement has been added to these requirements, which allows users to complete a registration form with additional fields. The administrator can customize the form with all types of fields available on the platform (additional text fields, drop-down lists, radio button lists, additional checkboxes, Signature field, Document field, etc.).
Enabling this option will display the fields of the form configured by the administrator on the requirement screen, which the user must complete to finish the participation process in the promotion:
How is the new requirement configured?
To configure the new participation requirement, the administrator should follow these steps:
1. From the Promotion Editor > Participation Stages > Requirements, you should select the "Additional Fields" option:
2. Next, you can customize the form with the fields you need.
3. Finally, you can customize the look and feel of the Requirement page through the following options:
Note: All information provided by users through the "Additional Fields" requirement can be accessed from the "Users" section of the promotion, and all data is included in the downloadable "Participations" file.
