In order to offer more options to the administrator when preparing a campaign, to adjust the allocation of a prize according to the specific needs of each promotion, a new prize configuration option has been added: this is the option that allows limiting that a user can only win the same prize once in the entire promotion. 

This new configuration option applies only to the following types of prizes:

• "On participating" prizes.
• Prizes based on probability.
• "Instant Win" prizes.

This option can be found by accessing the editor of your promotion > prize configuration options, checking the "Only allow one prize per user" box:

In this way, after receiving a direct prize (whether the assignment of the prize is done "upon participation", "by probability" or based on "Instant win") the user will no longer be able to win that same prize again throughout the campaign.
