2024-03-13 - New tool: Vendor Portal Follow
A new tool has been launched, the "Vendor Portal", which Easypromos provides to businesses, stores, and physical shops to assist them in managing and organizing promotions for their customers and consumers.
The tool replaces Easypromos' previous "Validation Portal," the tool used by physical stores to validate the prizes that users won through an online promotion and physically visited the establishment to redeem.
In this way, the Vendor Portal is presented as a new version of the Validation Portal, but not only have aesthetic or design changes been applied, but the functionalities available in the Portal have also been expanded. Now it includes new tools and functions, allowing businesses to expand the dynamics they can carry out with their customers and consumers.
Thus, currently, the Vendor Portal can be used for two different purposes, which we explain below:
- Tool for redeeming prizes: Allows verifying the prizes distributed to users through an online promotion, which users must physically redeem at a point of sale.
- Tool for registering purchases through QR code scanning: After making a purchase at the point of sale, the seller shows the customer a QR code, which the customer must scan with their mobile device. By scanning it, the customer accesses an online promotion where they can participate in a promotional mechanic, whether it's a Prize Wheel, a game, or a simple giveaway with registration.
