One of the configurations available in a promotion is the number of participations that each user has at a given frequency (per hour, day, week, or in total).

Choose the frequency "Every day", "Every hour", or "Every week" (not "In total"). You will see the new feature "Total number of participations per user", which allows you to configure the maximum total of participations for each user in the promotion.

How to configure it?

To configure it select a frequency other than "In total" (the default setting).

Once selected, the option "Total number of participations per user" will be visible and you can add the maximum number of participations that the users have in that promotion.

For example: If we organize a "Stamp Card" promotion, we can set it up so that the users can stamp up to a maximum of 10 stamps, but with a frequency of 1 stamp per day. To do this, we will configure 1 daily participation, but with a maximum of 10 participations in total.
