A new functionality has been implemented and added to the Users section of the promotion, to help the promotion organizer to manage "redeemable" prizes, that is, the prizes the the user must physically redeem at the point of sale. This is the "release prizes" function, which allows a prize that has not been redeemed by the participatin within the established time to be reassigned to another user. 

The "Release Prizes" functionality is only available for prizes that have been marked as "redeemable" and have a specific expiration date. 

A prize has expired when the user to whom the prize was assigned has not gone to the physical point of sale to redeem it within the time determined by the administrator for that prize. In this way, when the expiration time is reached, it means that the user will no longer be able to redeem and claim the prize at the shop.

With this new functionality, you will be able to locate expired prizes that have not yet been redeemed and release them so they can be assigned to new users. 

How does the tool work?

The Prize Redemption tool allows you to search for prizes that have not been redeemed and that have expired. To do this, access the Users section of your promotion, and click on Tools > Prize redemption. 

Upon access, you will see the list of the prizes that have been redeemed and now can also see the "Expired Prizes" tab, which shows a list of all the prizes that have expired:

From this section, you can release expired prizes, so that the prizes will be available again for new participants. To release the prizes, two options are provided:

1. Release all prizes at once. To do this, click on the "Release prizes" button, which allows you to release in bulk all prizes that have expired and were not redeemed.
2. Release prizes individually. The prize assigned to an individual user can be released by clicking on the trash icon next to the user's name.

Additionally, from the individual user data, you also have the possibility to release the prize assigned to the user if it has expired. To do this, you only have to locate the user and click on the "Prizes" tab, where the information about the assigned prize is displayed, along with the option to remove and release the prize:
