In the photo and video contests created with Easypromos, one of the available participation options is to allow users to upload a photo or video directly from their Instagram or TikTok feed.

With this new feature, the administrator can add new participations in the promotion through the URL of the post/video from the user manager.

How to add new participations?

To add participations, access the user manager and click on the Multimedia tab:

In the Multimedia section, you will find two tabs where you can add participations: “Add Instagram post” and “Add TikTok post”. 

Click on the button for the network you want to add a participation from. Upon clicking, a pop-up will open where you should paste the URL of the post you want to add and then click on search.

When the post has been found, you can add or modify the description of the post, which will be the text shown in the participation in the promotion’s gallery.

The information obtained from the network contains the username and the post URL. To finish, you should click on “Add post” and refresh the window.
