A new feature has been added to the Ranking page of a voting gallery, which displays the top-voted contest entries: You can now upload a header image and an introductory message for this page.

Both customization options for the Ranking page of the gallery can be found by accessing the section Editor > Participation Pages > Voting Gallery, under the "Voting" section:
