Last May, we launched the "Virtual coins" feature, which allows users participating in the promotion to accumulate digital coins, which they can then redeem for prizes, discounts, and other types of rewards. 

A new functionality has been implemented for promotions that use the virtual coins system: it is the ability to allocate additional entries when raffling a prize, based on the number of virtual coins users have.

In this way, if a final draw is held among all users who have participated, this new feature allows you to reward users who have earned the most virtual coins by participating in the promotion, thus rewarding engagement and participation.

You will find the option to assign additional entries to users based on the number of virtual coins earned by clicking on the option "Manage additional entries," which appears right before running a random draw:

A pop-up window will open, and in the selector "Choose a type of assignation" the option "Total number of virtual coins" must be selected. Next, indicate the number of additional entries you want to assign and for how many virtual coins. 

In the previous example, we have set the system to assign 1 additional entry to clients for every 50 virtual coins they obtained.

Once the allocation of additional entries has been applied, click on "View" to check the number of entries each user will have in the draw:

Note: By default, each user enters the draw with 1 entry, so additional entries will be added to the number each user was assigned by default, by making it to list of finalists of the draw.
