A new feature has been implemented to the platform, available in applications where users participate by uploading a photo or video: it is the "Tags" option, which allows presenting users with a series of tags so they can add tag(s) to their participation in the contest.

The "Tags" feature allows organizing the contest content into categories, so users can filter the gallery by these tags and quickly find content for each tag.

Features of the Tag System

• Applies to the following types of applications:
  • Photo contest.
  • Video contest.
  • Voting contest.
• Does not apply to:
  • Mention+Hashtag, Photofun, and Scenarios apps.
• Available for contests created in Premium version and White Label version.
• Recommended option to organize a simple category-based contest, i.e., with a single gallery and vote, to make it easier for users to organize and view the content of the gallery.

How does the Tag System work?

The contest administrator can create up to 25 tags, which will be made available to users so they can tag the content they upload to the contest.

To configure and use the Tag system, enter the editor of the contest > Participating stages > Access the content upload stage > User-Generated content, under the Other options tab:
