We have uploaded  a new feature that affects the content upload stages in the following types of applications:

• Online voting contest
• Photo contest
• Video contest

What does this improvement consist of?

Until now, administrators could add private additional fields to collect more information from participants. However, these fields were always private, meaning the information provided by users through these fields could not be publicly displayed in the contest gallery.

With this update, administrators can now configure public additional fields, allowing the information provided by participants to be visible in the contest's public gallery.

What is the user experience like?

Additionally, we have optimized the user experience in the participation process so that additional fields are now completed in the first step (basic participation information), instead of the last step as before:

How to configure public additional fields?

The configuration of additional fields has been moved to the "Nomination Information" tab, where the administrator can manage all the fields and information requested from participants.

To configure an additional field as public, the "Public Field" option has been added, available for the following field types:

• Additional text field.
• Dropdown list.
