In order to adapt to the GDPR, we’ve updated the Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy, Cookies policy and Disclaimer templates that we offer our clients to help them write up these legal texts for their promotions. These new templates are now available from the Editor of the promotion. You can download them in .doc format so you can edit them and adapt them to your campaign.

To download the Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy, Cookies policy templates, you should access the Editor > General > Legal content and in the tab of each one you will find the corresponding template:

Note: These are a set of standard sweepstakes rules that will help you quickly deploy your sweepstakes. However, most states and countries have variations in their laws and regulations regarding sweepstakes. We assume no responsibility for whether you are in compliance with the law.

Additionally we also offer a template to write up a Disclaimer text which is a legal text that you can add under the entry form of the promotion and that allows you to show the users a short summary of your privacy policy or to highlight an important aspect of the data collection, for example what you will use the data or specific content for.
