With the objective of improving the performance in the function of downloading the file with the participants in social media giveaways with a high volume of data, from today on in giveaways with more than 5,000 participants, the function of "Export" will not download the file directly, but it will send the file via email when it's been processed internally in the system.

This way, when the file has been processed, the administrator who has requested the file will receive an email with a link to download the file. The email will be sent to the email address linked to the Easypromos account that has requested the file.

Note: This update affects the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Multi-Network and Pick-a-winner Giveaways with 5,000 participants or more.
