For the Timed Quiz application, the promotions editor includes a tool to upload questions in bulk from a file. This tool allows you to work the questions and answers in a spreadsheet type file, and then import all the questions at the same time.

Work on the questions in a spreadsheet editor (ie. Excel), and follow this format:

1. Each row on the sheet represents one trivia question.
2. In the first column write the question.
3. In the second column write the correct answer.
4. Use the following columns to put the rest of the answers

Nota: At most, we accept 5 possible answers to the question (counting the correct answer)

Once you have created the file, select all the rows, copy and paste them into the batch import tool. The system will create for each row a new question and will mark the answer in the second column as correct. The answers will be saved in the system randomly.
