We have implemented an improvement that applies to the "Claim Form" feature, the tool that allows you to set up an additional form linked to a prize in order to request more information from winners and thus manage the shipment and delivery of the prize.

This is a new user filter, available in the User Manager tool, which allows the administrator to check at any time the claim status of the prizes assigned to winners.

Specifically, we have added the following two new filters in the "Prizes" tab:

1. View users who have claimed a prize.
2. View users who have a prize pending to be claimed.

Once one of these two filters is applied, the administrator can perform bulk actions on the list of segmented users, such as:

• Manually assign a prize to users who have claimed a prize.
• Send a reminder email to users who have not yet claimed their prize.
