A new feature has been added to the platform: the ability to create a File Set.

The file set feature allows the administrator to upload a list of files, whether they are PDFs or image files, and distribute them as prizes among users participating in the promotion. This way, you can link a prize to a specific set of files, so that the system will assign existing files in the set to the winners of the prize.

This new feature is especially designed to simplify the distribution of prizes in PDF format among users participating in a promotion. The organizing brand will be able to manage the design and generation of the files internally and then upload them into a file set, allowing the system to assign them as prizes to the users participating in the promotion.

When can creating a file set be useful?

Example of use case for this new functionality: Automated distribution of event tickets

A cultural event organizing company is running a giveaway on its social media for 20 tickets to a concert. To win the tickets, users must register through a registration form, providing their details. Once the participation period ends, the campaign administrator will randomly draw 20 winners from all participants.

The administrator will be able to upload the 20 personalized tickets, which have been generated and designed using their own system. To do this, they can create a "file set" where they upload the 20 different PDF files, each representing a customized ticket for the concert with details such as the date and time of the event, seat number, etc.

After the draw, the system will assign each of the winners one of the 20 PDF files uploaded by the administrator in the file set, giving each winner a unique concert ticket.

Additionally, the administrator can use the email platform to automate the sending of an email to each winner with a link to download their concert ticket.

How can a file set be created?

To create a file set, go to the Editor of your promotion > Utilities > File Sets, and once there, click the "New file set" button:

By clicking on it, and after providing a title for the set, you can then upload the list of files you wish to include in the set and distribute as prizes:

Note: A file set can include up to 200 files. The accepted formats are: PDF, JPEG and PNG, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per file.
