To provide administrators with greater flexibility when configuring their promotions, we have added a new option that allows additional entries to be assigned based on the participation date within a specific stage.

With this new option, you can encourage your users to participate on specific days of a stage by automatically granting them extra entries if they meet the condition of having participated on that date.

Example of use:

A brand organizes a long-term promotion with weekly draws among all users who participate each week. To take part, users must upload a purchase receipt, and for each receipt uploaded during the corresponding week, they receive additional entries for the draw.

Thanks to this new filter, available in the "Manage additional entries" tool, the brand can specify the validity of each week and only count the receipts uploaded within that period when assigning extra entries.

How to configure the option

To configure this option, the administrator must follow these steps:

1. Go to the Draws tool and, in the step prior to finalizing, click on "Manage additional entries":

2. A pop-up window will open where you must configure the following options:

• (a) Select the option "Total number of participations in a stage" as the assignation method.
• (b) Indicate the number of entries to assign based on those obtained in the stage.
  (Example: 1 additional entry for each entry in the stage).
• (c) Choose the participation stage (in the case of a multi-stage promotion, this lets you decide which stage to apply the additional entries to).
• (d) Tick the option "Assign additional entries between specific dates" and enter the start and end date to define the valid period:
