We have added a new feature that makes it easier to manage your promotions: the “Copy entries” option, which appears when creating a copy of a promotion.

This functionality is available for the "Online Voting Contest", "Photo Contest", and "Video Contest" applications, and allows you, when duplicating a promotion, to also copy the entries (whether photos or videos) that have been manually uploaded by the administrator from the internal "Entries Management" section.

How does it work?

1. When you click on “Copy promotion”, you will find a new checkbox: “Copy entries to the new promotion”:

2. Depending on the number of entries to be copied, the process may take up to 20 minutes. The system will send an email to the promotion creator once the process has been completed.

Note: The option only applies to entries that the administrator has uploaded internally. Photos or videos submitted directly by users through the public side of the promotion are not copied.
