A new option in the User Manager has been added to the platform, for promotions with multiple participation stages where users receive points upon participating: it is now possible to view the partial score information for a specific group of stages.
Until now, when filtering users who participated in one or more stages, the score achieved in each stage was displayed, but not the sum of the points earned across them. With this new option, you can see the accumulated score of users in the selected stages through the filter.
How to filter by stages and get the partial score
By applying a filter by specific stages, you will get the partial score: sum of the scores obtained in the selected stages, as well as the score the user obtained in each specific stage.
To do this, enter the user manager and filter by two or more stages. In this example, we want to obtain the partial score of the users in the Week 1 of the multi-game promotion. Additionally, we also specify that users must have participated in at least one of the stages:
Once the stages are selected, click on the Apply filter button to see the list of selected users in the manager. You will be able to view the score information for each stage the user participated in, in addition to the new partial score information:
By clicking the "Partial score" column title, you can sort users from highest to lowest score, and see which users have earned the most points in the selected stages.
Complementary functionality to custom rankings
This new partial scoring option complements the "Custom Rankings" feature, which also allows you to display accumulated scores in specific stages and configure a custom ranking.
In the previous example, you can see the top 4 users with the most points. If we create a custom ranking with the selected stages, we’ll see that it matches the score shown when we apply the filter in the user manager.
