Webhooks allow clients with a White Label or Corporate plan to receive in real-time the information of the registered users and their participations on their own server. In this way, customers can develop computer programs to automate actions such as sending users to a CRM, creating reports or custom interfaces.
To improve the availability of the Webhooks service, the engineering team has implemented the following three enhancements:
- Real-time monitoring 24/7/365 of the Webhooks delivery system, to detect anomalies in real-time.
- Automatic recovery system of the Webhooks delivery system in the event of an unexpected incident or crash.
- Webhooks persistence system. In the event that the client's server does not respond or there is an incident with a temporary drop-in service, when the connection is recovered, the system will try and send again all the records that were pending to be sent.
