We have added a new product to the Easypromos catalog: Instagram Automations, a tool that allows you to send automatic private messages (DMs) to users based on how they interact with your account's content.

This feature turns common actions, such as commenting on a post, replying to a story, sending a direct message, or mentioning the account, into automatic conversations within Instagram Messenger.

Available Automations

Automations can be triggered in the following cases: 

• Comment with a keyword on a post or Reel: When a user comments on a post with a predefined word. Example: "If you want to receive the new oat recipe, leave a comment with the word OATRECIPE". This is also compatible with sponsored posts.
• Reply to a Story with a keyword: The automation is triggered when the user replies to a story with the configured word. Example: "Reply to this Story with the word SHORTS to receive a 15% discount". This is also compatible with sponsored stories.
• Direct message (DM) with a keyword: The system detects a specific word in the user's direct message sent to the brand and automatically triggers the configured response.
• Account mention in a Story: Allows automatic responses to users who mention the account in their stories.

Additional Features

Besides keyword automations, the tool also allows you to:

• Create a persistent menu in Instagram Messenger with shortcuts to links or specific actions.
• Set up Ice Breakers or frequently asked questions that appear when a user starts a conversation.
• Connect automations with promotions created in Easypromos, such as giveaways, games, or instant prizes.
• Restrict an automation to account followers only, with the option to request users to follow the profile to continue.
• Generate ig.me links and QR codes that open an Instagram Messenger conversation directly from other channels such as newsletters, websites, or offline media.

Instagram Messaging Automations are available with all Easypromos plans. The basic plan is 29 EUR/USD, and it allows you to create unlimited automations on one Instagram account and connect up to 5,000 unique users. A 7-day trial is available.
