The applications of Quizzes and Surveys allow brands to better understand their audience, obtain valuable information from customers, and improve interaction with users through more personalized experiences.

We have incorporated a feature that improves the personalization of the user experience in this type of activity. From now on, you will be able to define individual feedback messages for each answer to a question, which will allow for more precise and contextual communication based on the participant's choice.

Until now, the administrator could add a generic feedback message depending on whether the user's answer was correct or incorrect (regardless of which incorrect answer was selected).

This functionality is still available and allows you to show a message for users who answered correctly, and another generic one for those who did not get the answer right.

To complete the feedback message functionality, a new option has been added that allows you to customize the message for each available option and each answer in the question. In this way, for each specific answer, the administrator can define the message that the user will see when selecting it in the quiz.

To configure a different feedback message for each answer in the question, go to the Participation Stages section, access the quiz editing area, and create the question that will include this message, as well as its different options. You will be able to mark the correct answer by indicating the number of points the user will receive if they answer correctly.

When accessing the editing of a specific answer, check the "Enable feedback message" box.

You will be able to see an example of how the feedback message will look in the editor right column, or by accessing the "Quiz Test" tab, as well as by using the Test Mode of the promotion, which allows you to test the user experience.

The individual feedback message can be created for specific answers or for all answers in the question.

This new option is available in the following applications: Survey, Knowledge Quiz, Product Recommender and Personality Quiz. The Multi-Path Quiz application already allowed this type of personalized feedback message.
