This situation usually occurs when the giveaway was created in the panel in advance, at a time when the post or Story did not yet have any entries.

The giveaway platform does not import comments, mentions, or replies in real time as users participate. For this reason, we recommend creating the giveaway once the participation period has ended, so you can import the post or Story and collect all the entries made.

How to fix it?

Once the participation period in the giveaway has ended, follow these steps to collect all the entries:

1. Delete the promotion you had previously created from the control panel by clicking the delete icon next to the promotion:

2. Create a new promotion of the corresponding type.

3. Import the post or Story again.
