On April 27, 2026, we carried out scheduled maintenance to apply a platform update, including improvements to the platform core, database, security, and functionality.

This update is part of Easypromos’ strategic roadmap to deprecate older platform components, remove duplicated or unused functionality, simplify internal processes and architecture, and improve performance and security.

The main changes included in this update are:

1. New URLs for serving promotions: All new Basic and Premium promotions will be served from the domain https://apps.easypromosapp.com. The domains bs.easypromosapp.com and pr.easypromosapp.com will only be used for Basic and Premium promotions created before April 27, 2026.
2. New URL for managing promotions: All new promotions, regardless of their version (Basic, Premium, or White Label), will be managed from https://panel.easypromosapp.com. This change allows us to apply unified security measures on a single management domain.
3. Update to the Basic version:
   1. The Additional fields addon has been removed: all Basic promotions now include all types of form fields.
   2. The Appearance addon has been removed: all Basic promotions now include access to all design options.
   3. The Statistics addon has been removed: all Basic promotions now include access to all available metrics.
   4. Header and footer customization has been enabled for Basic promotions.
   5. The Emails addon and access to the email platform have been removed. This advanced functionality is now available only on Premium plans.
   6. Access to Stage requirements has been removed. This advanced functionality is now available only on Premium plans.
4. Improved upgrade system: The upgrade process from Basic to Premium, from Basic to White Label, and from Premium to White Label has been simplified. It is no longer necessary to create a new promotion: simply upgrade the plan and the existing promotion can be updated automatically.
5. Permanent removal of individual promotion payments: from now on, licenses are only available at account level.
6. Permanent removal of Twitch extensions: this functionality has been removed after seeing very limited usage over the last few years.
7. Removal of the Publishing resources menu section: its main options, such as domain changes, widget management, password protection, and QR code generation, have been moved to the main promotion management page to improve visibility.

These improvements are an important step toward a more secure, faster, more reliable, and easier-to-manage platform. They also allow us to move faster when developing new games and features.
