We have added a new feature that allows you to download the multimedia content uploaded by each participant in a contest individually.

This improvement makes it easier to access the original files submitted by users, without the need for exports or additional processes.

Where is this option located?

The new option is available under Users > Multimedia. From this screen, each submission includes a button that allows you to directly download the associated file.

Supported Content

Individual downloads are available for content uploaded directly to the promotion, such as:

• Photos.
• Videos.
• PDF Documents.
   

Limitations

This option is not available in the following cases:

• Submissions with YouTube videos.
• Submissions with TikTok videos.
• Submissions made via an external link.
• Text-only entries.
