We have added a new option that allows you to export a file containing information about purchase receipts that have been rejected in a promotion.

The export includes both receipts rejected automatically by the system and those rejected manually during the manual review process, and includes details about why each receipt was rejected.

To export this file, access the purchase receipt moderation tool. In the "Rejected" tab, you will see the "Export" button:

The file allows you to view all the information related to the rejection of each receipt:

• Date on which the receipt was rejected.
• Rejection type: indicates whether the receipt was rejected manually by the administrator or automatically by the system.
• Agent who performed the action: in the case of a manual rejection, it indicates who performed the action.
• Reason for rejection: details of why the receipt was rejected, whether as a result of a manual review or an automatic validation by the system.

In addition, the file includes other information related to each entry:

• Participant information: first name, last name, email, and other registered data.
• Date of the entry.
• Receipt image URL: link to the image of the receipt uploaded by the participant.
