Easypromos agents can access the administration platform using any of the following authentication methods:

1. Email and password
2. Social login with Google or Facebook
3. Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 for Corporate accounts

1. Email and password

Agents can sign in using their Easypromos access email and password.

Password requirements

Passwords must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character

Additional security options

The following protections are available:

• Two-factor authentication: Agents can enable two-factor authentication using a verification code sent by email.
• Password expiration: Agents can enable a policy requiring their password to be changed every 90 days.
• Password recovery: Agents can securely reset a forgotten password using the email address associated with their account.
• Email verification: Any change to the email address used to access the account must be verified.

2. Social login

Agents can sign in using their Google or Facebook account.

Social login can be used alongside email and password authentication, allowing the agent to choose either method when signing in.

3. Single Sign-On via SAML 2.0

Corporate accounts can add a Single Sign-On integration based on the SAML 2.0 standard.

This option enables agents to authenticate through the organization’s identity provider. The Corporate account administrator can require all agents to access Easypromos exclusively through SSO.
