A new option has been added to Registration templates that allows account administrators to lock the registration form fields defined in a template.

When a template with locked fields is applied to a promotion, agents working on editing and managing the promotion will not be able to edit the registration form fields. Therefore, they will not be able to:

• Add new fields to the registration form.
• Delete existing fields.
• Modify the fields defined in the template.

This option helps maintain a common registration structure across promotions that use the same template and prevents other agents from modifying the pre-configured fields. 

How to configure it

The option is enabled when editing a Registration Template, under Account Settings > Templates > Registration templates.

When editing a template, the administrator will find the option to lock the registration form fields.

Once the template has been applied, the registration form fields will appear locked in the promotion.

Note: Account administrators can temporarily unlock the form for 24 hours to make changes.
