We have added a new feature that allows you to upload images directly from the email editor and use them in emails sent from a promotion.

This improvement expands the email customization options and makes it easier to create more visual emails, without needing to host the images on an external server beforehand or rely on the technical team to do so.

New design possibilities

From now on, you can create emails with different structures and content combinations:

1. Emails made up of a single image: ideal for visual designs, such as newsletters created entirely as an image. 
2. Emails made up of multiple stacked images: allows you to build a design from several images and include a different link in each one. 
3. Emails that combine text, HTML, and images: allow you to combine text content with images to create personalized messages, for example, to accompany prize information with an illustrative image.

How do I add an image to an email?

To add an image to an email, follow these steps:

1. Go to the email platform and create an email.

2. Next, open the email editor and, in the "Message" field, click the insert image icon:

3. A pop-up window will open where you can select the image from your device:

4. Click "Insert" to add the image to the body of the email. The image will appear as HTML code in the email editor. Click "Preview email" to check how the inserted image will look in the email.
