We have added a new "Security" section within the "Settings" area of Easypromos Corporate accounts. 

This new space centralizes the security options linked to the account and includes two new features:

• Two-factor authentication: allows you to require all account agents to use two-factor authentication to access the platform.
• Data retention: allows you to configure how long participants' personal data is retained.

In addition, from this section, administrators can also access the options that were already available regarding account security:

• Audit logs: allows you to view the account's activity logs.
• Data Erasure Requests: allows you to search for participants by email and view their participation history to delete their personal data.

With these new features, Corporate account administrators have new tools to manage access security and data retention from a single section.
