We have expanded the functionality of real-time validation using a web service, which until now was available only for the identification methods (Login): Email or Customer Number.

With this enhancement, it is now also possible to validate the data entered in the additional text fields of the registration form in real time, checking it against an external customer database.

This new option makes it possible to verify that the information provided by participants meets certain requirements before completing their registration in the promotion.

Use cases:

• Validate the membership number: verify that the membership number entered by the participant exists in the database of a club or loyalty program.
• Validate a customer identifier: verify that the user belongs to a customer database before allowing them to participate in a promotional campaign.
